Working hours
Our working hours cannot be matched. Not only do we work 16 hours a day, we’re also here for you over the weekend and on public holidays, with no extra charge for our regular clients.
Means of delivering translations:
Texts can be emailed for translation NON STOP to [email protected], by fax on +420 549 250 382, by post, by courier, or in person at Brno, Skřivanova 9 or after prior consulation by telephone a member of our staff can pick the text up from the client. Orders are returned on the same basis.
Execution of orders
A project manager is assigned to each large project; this person will contact you if there is any need for clarification or to check the terminology.
If the client has any comments concerning a project, he or she can contact the appropriate project manager at any time.
Submission of orders
We can return your order in the format you prefer.
In electronic form up to 100 MB over the internet. Larger files are sent on CD or DVD.
Most common formats: doc, xls, pdf. We can, of course, provide your files in other formats too.
Printed. We can also have your documents professionally printed.
